Week 7 

In lesson we did some more excel worksheets. We were able to learn how to workout the scenario summaries. It took a while to get the hang of it, but once I understood how to do it I was able to clearly do it without any difficulties. We did multiple exercises using the What-if analysis. We did exercises on the family budget on Excel using the scenario manager tool. It was particularly interesting to learn this as I wasn't aware that these type of tools were available on Excel and it was great to learn more and gain more knowledge on Excel. Having used Excel a lot over the past years it was exciting to learn new things and not just creating spreadsheets using the addition and subtraction methods.

In lecture, the lecturer taught about 'Preparing and Delivering a Presentation'. The lecturer went through in detail the do's and don's when delivering a presentation. It was very useful and easy to understand as the lecturer made sure to explain everything in detail. The lecturer also gave us examples of how a good presentation is done and also gave us examples of a bad presentation, giving us the opportunity to learn what type of mistakes that we should avoid. It was very useful as we took all the points into consideration when planning out our presentation and its layout.
